<span style="font-size: large;">Lavate e pulite le verdure, tagliate le zucchine a fette sottili, la cipolla, la melanzana a cubetti e i pomodorini a metà.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Scaldate 2 cucchiai di olio in una padella antiaderente, unite le zucchine e cuocete a fiamma bassa per 4-5 minuti. Scolatele e versate in una ciotola.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Mettete nella padella i cubetti di melanzane con un cucchiaio di olio e fate friggere per 7-8 minuti.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Togliete le melanzane e friggete la cipolla con un cucchiaio di olio, a fiamma bassa, aggiungete un cucchiaio di acqua tiepida e regolate con il sale, per 7-8 minuti. Aggiungete i pomodorini e lasciate cuocere per 3-4 minuti. Unite tutte le verdure cotte singolarmente e aggiungete le foglie di basilico.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Il colore della pasta ci da delle informazioni sulle modalità di essiccazione seguite nel processo produttivo, necessaria per ridurre la percentuale di acqua presente nella pasta. Infatti, una pasta essiccata ad alte temperature ha un colore intenso, mentre una pasta essiccata a temperature più basse avrà un colore giallo tenue, lo stesso colore della semola fresca.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">L'essiccazione della pasta De Cecco è lenta, dura da 12 a 48 a seconda del formato con una temperatura tra 50° e 85°.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">In un tegame alto, versate l'olio d'oliva e aggiungete la cipolla, tagliata finemente, e le carote, fate cuocere a fuoco lento fino a quando la cipolla non si sarà rosolata, quindi aggiungete la carne. Fatela soffriggere un pò e aggiungete sale, pepe e la passata di pomodoro.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 1 ora e 30 minuti, se nel frattempo dovesse stringersi troppo il sugo aggiungete dell'acqua calda, ma non esagerate.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Versare in una ciotola abbastanza grande (vi servirà per impastare) la farina, lo zucchero e il lievito e miscelateli. Unite il burro e il lievito ed impastate fino ad ottenere un panetto morbido.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Copritelo con un telo umido, mettetelo al calduccio e lasciatolo lievitare per 30 min.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">Trascorsi i 30 min. dividete in 4 parti uguali il vostro panetto, prendete il primo pezzo e stendetelo cercando di dargli una forma rettangolare, spesso un pò meno di 1 centimetro. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Tagliatelo per dargli la forma dell'albero di natale e ricopritelo con la crema al cioccolato.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">Ripete lo stesso procedimento con gli altri 3 pezzi, ma l'ultimo strato non cospargetelo di crema al cioccolato.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">A questo punto lungo i bordi laterali dell'albero fate dei tagli di circa un terzo della larghezza dell'albero, l'importante è che i due tagli (quello a destra e quello a sinistra) non si intersechino. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Prendete ciascuna strisciolina di pasta e giratela per due volte sempre nello stesso verso.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">A questo punto lasciate riposare fino a quando non raddoppia di volume, per il mio albero sono servite circa 2 ore. Ricordate di tenerlo al calduccio.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Non appena raddoppia di volume, spennellatela con il latte e cospargete le palline di zucchero colorate ed infornate per 30 minuti in forno a 180°.</span><br />
